Quick trip
I haven’t used the updated WordPress blog interface, so I’ll have to explore some of the goodies in the coming days. In the meantime, I wanted to post a tidbit about the past several days. J- and I went to Oregon where we went camping with his immediate family and relatives on his mom’s side. Grandpa B- turned 80 this year! Which is why we all got together. Activities were: canoing, fishing, bat watching, marshmallow burning, eating, spelunking, biking, hiking, talking and so forth.
Before we left for Oregon, however, J-’s youngest sister and I trekked around part of San Francisco. Funny thing about walking around SF: one moment you are in Coit Tower looking over the city and thinking that Grace Cathedral and the next moment you find that you walked all the way over to the cathedral. It was an excellent day.
